Locking Clamp Pliers
Locking clamp pliers, plier locking, or vise-grip pliers, are a self-locking clamping tool. Their special design allows them to clamp objects and maintain clamping force until they are manually released. This tool consists of two clamps, whose clamping tightness is controlled by adjusting the screws on the handle, and has an unlocking device to quickly release the pliers. It is usually composed of chromium-vanadium steel (CR-V) , or chromium-molybdenum steel (CR-MO), and its surface has a nickel-plated finish to prevent rust and increase product life.
Uses and applications：
- Fixing objects: The all-purpose clamp can firmly clamp objects of various shapes, such as bolts, pipes or plates, making the operation process more stable.
Tightening or loosening screws: When screws or bolts are too slippery or damaged, the all-purpose clamp can provide additional grip to tighten or loosen them.
- Welding and processing: In the process of welding or processing
other metal, the all-purpose clamp can temporarily fix the workpiece to ensure that the workpiece does not move. It can also be used to bend metal sheets or straighten small parts. To use extension bar instruction:
Open plier and pull the right head vertically out.
Hold the extension bar 135 degree and insert into the plier
Push in when it reach the first notch on the extension bar(latch).
Push down to finish assembly.
